Went Sunday at drive-through. Backed up, not moving. Hubby starving needed a quick meal, though it would be a good idea to dine in so we didn’t get stuck in the drive-through. Bad idea. No staff at the counter. No customers either. The first ones here should be a quick service. Ordered through the automated display menu. First and only on the waiting list. Great, eh? Not a chance. 5 others cane along waiting. The last two on the waiting list came picked up left. Whst the bleep??? Hubby is looking weak and needs food. 15 minutes go by. Ser cars driving by through drive through. I go up to the counter. Two waiting are getting upset . I go to the counter by the kitchen..Hello!! Hello, helloooo!! Totally ignored by young girl. Asked over and over, “Where is your manager?”No response.Walked up behind the counter low snd behold, I get three coming forward.Where is your manager? One said you are not allowed past this line. I repeated again . No manager. Got our warm drinks . Got cold fries. Everything we ordered was wrong.waited an additional 15 min for the correct burger. Young girl comes over, apologized, gave extra fries I did not want, and pies I refused. Just wanted the right order. A group of girls come in with a Mom. One of the girls throws up. Huge mess. No staff present. I go up to the counter afan Hello! Hello! You have a young girl throwing up . A staff member shows up then walks away. Mom is waiting, the girl is on the floor throwing up. Mom up.gets upset, can’t find napkins, ..Yells at staff to help. We finally leave. The worst day ever.
