I have done three contract bar tending gigs for this company. I have not peen paid for 60% of my hours, and it has been 3 weeks since the end of the last pay period. If you work for this company, be VERY WARY of your pay. They are not dependable. I am sure some people have had good experiences, but if i do no hear from them today, 12/8/17, I will be opening a complaint with the BBB.
Edit: Check arrive on 12/11/17. Still short. Horrible management. Still fighting for my money.
edit:. It wasn’t until around the new year that they finally paid me all the money owed. I just got a call from them asking me to change my rating. No, one star is what you get if you cannot pay your employees on time
WARNING: if you work with this company, BE AWARE, you will have to fight to get the money you are owed.

I worked for L & M International for two year and it was a great experience. I worked with great people in and out of the office. They are a very approachable family business who cares about their employees. i would recommend this great company to anyone. I’m proud to be part of the L & M family.
