Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, addressing any grievances or disputes effectively.
- Advise management on labor relations issues, providing guidance on best practices and risk management.
- Conduct training sessions for management and staff on labor relations topics and conflict resolution techniques.
- Monitor and analyze labor market trends to adapt strategies and policies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives and other stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and presentations on labor relations activities and outcomes for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor relations or human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in labor relations.
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a track record of successful bargaining outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Experience in conducting training and workshops related to labor relations and employee engagement.
- Certifications in labor relations or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
