The Labor Relations Director plays a critical role in managing and directing human resources activities within an organization.   • Conduct training sessions for management and staff on labor relations topics and conflict resolution techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze labor market trends to adapt strategies and policies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with union representatives and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on labor relations activities and outcomes for senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in labor relations or human resources management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in labor relations.
  • Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a track record of successful bargaining outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Experience in conducting training and workshops related to labor relations and employee engagement.
  • Certifications in labor relations or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
