They upkeep of property is horrible landscaping goes undone for weeks at a time, trash pickup schedule is off leaving the dumpster overflowing and nasty and their are a ton of stray cats as well as unforced rules for dog pooing all over the property at Meadowridge Condominiums!

If you are buying a new home and this company is going to be your HOA trust me do not buy, worst company ever!! Been at my house for 7 years and prices go up every year! I pay my HOA monthly and now Im getting sued and sending me to collections because on there computer it shows that I have never made a payment and that BS Thank God I have all of my receipts with me for every month..
This is so annoying they are making me call there lawyers to settle this with them like if it was my fault!!!!! Every year there is something new also they never pick up there phone and change numbers all the time worst company ever… 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

I’d give zero stars if I could, received an HOA statement which I thought was paid through 2026 LATE of course with a late fee and interest. After I paid it, I was sent another statement with March interest. It was paid in March. I hope our community changes management, the pool is delayed another year as well. I was told summer of 2025. This HOA and management are an extreme disappointment
