2x they sided with the Client when there was a concern, instead of trying to work it out or coach me and ABRUPTLY TWICE ended back-to-back assignments that I was pouring my heart into! I felt so disregarded & not supported that I’ve had to go on STATE DISABILITY DUE TO EMOTIONAL STRESS CAUSED FROM WORK! Also they hired an assistant for me at one of the properties where I was working, and I never got to interview her ahead of time to get to know her. I was also never informed how I was supposed to use her before she came on to the job, and It turned out feel we had such different work styles and her communication was so disrespectful that had I been told about her or been involved in the interview process we could have avoided issues. But I didn’t know what I was getting and she created a problem her first week there that ended my assignment after I had been on the job for over a month! I do not not advise working for such an unsupportive team who is insensitive & doesn’t help their ambassadors succeed!

I had a great experience working with Alex Vargas. My role as an admin contractor via Ultimate Staffing was a significant career change for me. I appreciated Alex’s quick and thorough responses whenever I had questions, and there were many. He was always super patient and supportive. I especially appreciated the positive energy he exuded in all of our communication whether it be phone, email, or text. Though I’m happy to have been converted to full time, I will genuinely miss working with Alex!

Ultimate Staffing has really helped me out of a tough time. After countless applications and interviews, I finally landed my big break. I cannot thank Patrick Kenny and Alex Vargas enough for their tremendous efforts in leading me towards this new chapter.
