After 11 years in his group home JDI released my son and used Covid as an excuse. Who tosses someone out on the street during a pandemic? They hired a company to move his stuff to the street. We did nothing to deserve this treatment. The President of the company threw a fit when we told her JDI was unprofessional. The case manager had to calm her down and told her the family has every right to be upset. Anyway, if you have a relationship with JDI and see something wrong don’t report it because they will toss you out like they did to my family. Not exaggerating, this really happened. UPDATE – call Guillory Health. We have been with them for 2 years and they are great. Scott is able to live with us and he has a caretaker through Guillory. He is much more happy living at home and I am happy because we have the help we needed.
