Joni is extremely unprofessional. She will share private information between employees (like mentioning that the other employee was canned.) Even worse is that her main bread and butter is thru a questionable relationship with a marketing company. The title “career placement” is deceiving, since she makes more money from temp positions. She favors very young and naive people, for obvious reasons. Older, mature individuals with ambition and brains are quickly disposed of. There are much better agencies in the area, and I recommend using them over this one.

As a recent graduate and someone with little work experience, working through Career Placement has made my resume look so much more professional. I’m back in school now and cannot commit to a full time job, but Joni is able to find me positions within my available time frames. She is so helpful and quick to assign me jobs when she finds them.
