Job Brief
As a Yoga Teacher, you will lead and inspire individuals or groups in various yoga practices aimed at enhancing personal fitness and overall well-being. Responsibilities
- Instruct and coach individuals or groups in yoga practices, focusing on personal fitness and wellness.
- Demonstrate yoga techniques and postures, ensuring accurate form and alignment.
- Observe and assess participants’ performance, providing constructive feedback and modifications.
- Develop and implement tailored yoga programs based on individual or group needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment that fosters personal growth and mindfulness.
- Maintain knowledge of current yoga trends, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Facilitate workshops and classes that promote holistic health, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
- Encourage participants to set and achieve personal wellness goals through regular practice.
Requirements
- Certified Yoga Teacher with a minimum of 200 hours of training from a recognized program.
- Strong knowledge of yoga styles, techniques, and anatomy.
- Experience in teaching group classes and private sessions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt classes to suit different skill levels and physical abilities.
- First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in yoga and wellness.
