Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues and equipment malfunctions effectively and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on wireless systems to ensure continued performance.
- Educate customers on system usage and best practices to enhance their internet experience.
- Document all installations, repairs, and customer interactions accurately for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety standards related to wireless internet installation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or networking is preferred.
- Proven experience as a wireless internet installer or similar role in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, wireless technologies, and electronic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
