Job Brief
The Well Service Rig Operator is responsible for operating specialized equipment to enhance oil flow from production wells and to remove obstructions, including stuck pipe, casing, and tools from drilling wells. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain well service rig equipment to facilitate oil extraction and well maintenance.

- Monitor and adjust operating parameters to optimize oil production and ensure well integrity.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on rig equipment and tools.
- Collaborate with team members to execute well service projects efficiently and safely.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Document work performed and assist in data collection for reporting purposes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior operators and fishing-tool technicians.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical degree or certification preferred.
