Responsibilities

- Provide guidance and support to applicants throughout the application process, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interviews, assessments, and case determinations.
- Collaborate with social service agencies and community organizations to facilitate access to resources.
- Stay updated on changes in government policies and regulations regarding assistance programs.
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal review and external audits as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in welfare services, social services, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong interview and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex information.
- Familiarity with government assistance programs and eligibility requirements.
- Proficiency in using case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
