Responsibilities
- Park and retrieve vehicles promptly and safely, ensuring minimal wait times for customers.
- Issue parking tickets and manage transaction processes accurately for customer payments.
- Conduct regular checks of parked vehicles to maintain order and security within the parking area.
- Assist customers with luggage and provide directions or information about the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in valet service or automotive industry preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive various types of vehicles.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage when necessary.
- Knowledge of vehicle operation, parking protocols, and safety regulations.
