As an Usher, you will play a critical role in enhancing the experience of patrons attending entertainment events. This position involves assisting attendees by collecting admission tickets, guiding them to their seats, and providing information about facilities such as restrooms and telephones. Responsibilities
- Collect admission tickets and passes from patrons upon entry.
- Guide guests to their assigned seats and assist with any seating inquiries.

- Assist patrons in locating lost articles and direct them to the appropriate lost and found services.
- Monitor audience behavior and maintain a safe and welcoming environment during events.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with venue policies and procedures to enhance patron safety and experience.
- Collaborate with event staff to facilitate a seamless operation during events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or event support is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Familiarity with venue layout and emergency protocols.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and manage the demands of busy event environments.
