Responsibilities

- Update company records and existing policies based on changes requested by policyholders and insurance representatives.
- Assist in the preparation of underwriting reports and documentation.

- Collaborate with underwriting teams to support various insurance initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or insurance is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in reviewing documents and data.
- Familiarity with insurance terminology, policies, and regulations.
- Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
