Job Brief
The Ultrasonic Seaming Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and tending to ultrasonic sewing machines to effectively join, reinforce, and decorate fabrics and materials in the production of garment and non-garment products. Responsibilities
- Set up and operate ultrasonic seaming machines to perform various sewing operations on fabrics and materials.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the sewing process.
- Ensure the quality of finished products by conducting regular inspections and adhering to production standards.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to accommodate different fabric types and thicknesses.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in textile manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience operating ultrasonic sewing machines or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of fabric properties and sewing techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
