Responsibilities

  • Make and confirm reservations for transportation and accommodations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Sell transportation tickets and provide travelers with necessary travel information and documentation.
  • Check baggage and direct passengers to their designated concourse, pier, or track.
  • Deliver tickets to clients and provide updates on package tours and travel itineraries.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel options, pricing, and services available.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and changes to travel plans.
  • Collaborate with travel providers and stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and safety protocols to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel and tourism preferred.
  • Proven experience in a travel-related role, such as travel clerk or customer service representative.
  • Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients.
