Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Validate checks and ensure accurate processing of all transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and report discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure the toll booth area is clean and organized for efficient operation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with traffic regulations.
- Assist in the training of new toll booth operators as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in cash handling or a customer service role.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with electronic payment systems and cash register operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and during peak traffic hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
