Requirements
- Proven experience as a Theatrical Rigger or in a similar rigging role within the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of rigging hardware, including rigging blocks, wire ropes, and shackles.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in rigging and stage operations.
- Ability to read and interpret rigging plans and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment safely.
- Certification in rigging and safety (e.g., OSHA, ETCP) is preferred.
