Job Brief
The Tactical Air Control Party (Tacp) Manager oversees and coordinates tactical operations specialists, ensuring efficient execution of air support missions and ground operations. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of tactical operations specialists, promoting effective teamwork and mission success.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in air support coordination and tactical operations.
- Conduct regular evaluations of team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other military branches and agencies to ensure cohesive execution of joint operational missions.
- Analyze mission requirements and devise strategies to optimize air-ground integration and support.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational guidelines during all tactical missions.
- Maintain detailed records of operations, training, and personnel performance for reporting and analysis.
- Act as a liaison between tactical teams and higher command, facilitating clear communication and information exchange.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tactical air control and military operations, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.
