As a Table Games Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate gaming operations within a casino environment, ensuring smooth and efficient table game operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of table games to ensure compliance with gaming regulations and house rules.
- Manage and train a team of dealers and floor staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Analyze game performance and implement strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop and update house rules, gaming policies, and procedures to align with industry standards.
- Conduct regular audits of table games to ensure adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Resolve customer disputes and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to create engaging promotions and events that drive table game participation.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to table games operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in casino operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of table games, including rules, strategies, and gaming regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for customer and staff interactions.
- Analytical skills to assess performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in gaming management or relevant gaming licenses is a plus.
