Job Brief
As a Synchronous Motor Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling and modifying electromechanical devices, including servomechanisms, gyros, and actuators. Responsibilities
- Assemble and modify synchronous motors and related electromechanical equipment according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to efficiently complete assembly tasks.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly challenges.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and repairs of existing equipment as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or mechanical engineering is a plus.
- Proven experience in assembling electromechanical systems or similar machinery.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles, including wiring, circuitry, and motor operation.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a keen attention to detail.
