Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Survey Questionnaire Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and conducting surveys that yield valuable data insights. You will analyze and interpret survey data, define survey objectives, and refine question wording to enhance clarity and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in survey methodology, exceptional analytical skills, and a keen understanding of statistics to support data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop effective survey instruments to collect qualitative and quantitative data.
- Conduct pre-testing and pilot studies to assess question clarity and survey flow.
- Analyze survey results to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align survey objectives with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and best practices in survey research.
- Provide training and support to survey team members on questionnaire design principles.
- Continuously monitor and improve survey methodologies for enhanced data quality.
- Document survey processes and findings for internal and external reporting purposes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in survey design and data analysis, preferably in a research or academic setting.
- Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective question formulation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Familiarity with ethical guidelines in research and data collection.
- Experience with online survey platforms (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) is a plus.
