Responsibilities

- Repair and maintain suits, addressing issues such as stitching, fabric damage, and lining wear.
- Consult with clients to determine fabric choices, styles, and additional features like lapels and pockets.
- Create patterns and templates for suit components, ensuring accuracy in construction.
- Utilize sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques to assemble garments.
- Stay updated with fashion trends and industry advancements to incorporate innovative techniques into suit making.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are readily available.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Suit Maker or in a similar tailoring role.
- In-depth knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and fitting techniques.
- Proficient in using sewing machines, pattern-making tools, and hand-sewing methods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in tailoring or fashion design is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with clients effectively.
