Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Perform underwater inspections and assessments of marine structures, pipelines, and equipment.
- Utilize scuba and surface-supplied air systems to execute diving operations effectively.
- Conduct repairs, maintenance, and installations on various underwater structures.
- Employ hand and power tools, including torches and welding equipment, for underwater construction tasks.
- Document underwater conditions and marine life through photography and video recording.
- Conduct tests and experiments related to marine ecosystems or equipment functionality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during diving operations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop diving plans and methodologies for specific projects.
Requirements
- Valid commercial diving certification (e.g., ADCI, IMCA) and first aid/CPR certification.
- Demonstrated experience as a submarine diver in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in operating diving equipment and underwater tools.
- Strong understanding of underwater safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work in challenging underwater conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
