Job Brief
The Strike Planning Applications Specialist is responsible for operating and monitoring critical communications, detection, and weapons systems essential for coordinating air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor communications systems to ensure effective coordination between air, ground, and naval forces.
- Maintain and relay critical information between command centers and military units during operations.
- Implement and manage emergency plans for both natural and wartime disasters.
- Monitor surveillance and detection systems, including air defense technologies, to assess strategic situations.
- Interpret and evaluate tactical scenarios, providing actionable recommendations to superiors.
- Operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support mission objectives.
- Collaborate with military and government decision-makers to relay important command center information.
- Conduct regular system checks and maintenance of communication and detection equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as military science, computer science, or engineering.
- Proven experience in military operations or defense applications, particularly in strike planning.
- Strong technical proficiency in operating weapons systems and surveillance technologies.
- Excellent communication skills for effective relay of information across multiple platforms.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and make quick, informed decisions.
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and disaster management.
- Active security clearance may be required depending on the position.
- Certification in relevant military operations or defense systems is a plus.
