Job Brief
The Steel Pourer is responsible for operating hand-controlled mechanisms to pour and regulate the flow of molten metal into molds, ensuring the production of high-quality castings or ingots. Responsibilities
- Operate and control pouring mechanisms to accurately pour molten steel into molds.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Record production data and report on operational issues to supervisors.
- Conduct routine maintenance on pouring equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metalworking is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Steel Pourer or in a similar role within the metalworking industry.
- Strong understanding of casting processes and metal properties.
- Ability to operate hand-controlled machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in handling molten metal.
