A solid background in data entry and statistical analysis is essential, along with proficiency in relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and analyze data sets to support statistical studies and reports.
  • Perform actuarial computations and calculations using statistical formulas.
  • Create and maintain charts, graphs, and visual representations of data for actuaries.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular quality checks.
  • Assist in the preparation of statistical reports and summaries for review.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify data trends and insights.
  • Utilize statistical software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain organized records and databases of statistical information.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Statistical Clerk or in a similar data analysis role.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or equivalent.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
