Job Brief
The Staff Readiness Officer (Amphibious Warfare) is responsible for overseeing operational readiness and tactical proficiency within amphibious units. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance the operational readiness of amphibious forces through comprehensive assessments and training programs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve unit capabilities in amphibious operations.
- Coordinate and conduct joint exercises to ensure effective collaboration among various military branches.
- Analyze mission requirements and provide tactical solutions to optimize performance.
- Lead and mentor personnel to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and training standards in accordance with military regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify resource needs and allocate appropriate funding for training initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on operational readiness and training effectiveness to command staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military leadership roles, particularly within amphibious operations.
