Responsibilities
- Post information about upcoming races and sporting events to assist patrons in placing wagers.
- Assist in the operation of gaming activities such as keno and bingo.
- Operate random number-generating equipment and announce results to patrons.
- Receive, verify, and accurately record patrons’ wagers to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Scan and process winning tickets presented by patrons and efficiently pay out winnings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patron inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Adhere to all gaming laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and fair betting environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in the gaming or sportsbook industry preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculations of wagers and payouts.
