Job Brief
The Solar Panel Installation Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems. Requirements
- Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar role, preferably in solar energy projects.
- In-depth knowledge of solar panel systems, installation techniques, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with clients and team members.
- Proficient in project management software and construction tools.
- Relevant certifications in solar energy systems, construction safety, or project management are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically handle installation equipment.
