Responsibilities

- Maintain physical fitness and discipline through regular practice and rehearsal sessions.
- Adapt performances to suit various themes, styles, and venues, demonstrating versatility in dance execution.
- Participate in costume fittings and ensure proper attire is worn for performances.
- Promote shows and events through social media and other marketing channels, enhancing audience engagement.
- Attend auditions and casting calls to secure performance opportunities and expand professional networks.
- Provide constructive feedback to peers and assist in rehearsing new choreography.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a soft shoe dancer or in a similar dance role.
- Strong technical skills in soft shoe dance, with an understanding of various dance styles.
- Excellent physical stamina, agility, and coordination.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing performance conditions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with other dancers and production staff.
- Formal dance training or certification in dance (preferred but not mandatory).
