Requirements
- Master’s degree or higher in Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social science research or a similar managerial role.
- Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, NVivo).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Experience in grant writing and securing funding for research initiatives is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and foster positive stakeholder relationships.
