Job Brief
The Soap Drier Tender is responsible for operating and tending specialized heating equipment to facilitate the drying and curing processes of soap production. Responsibilities
- Operate heating equipment for the drying and curing of soap materials, ensuring adherence to safety and production guidelines.

- Inspect soap batches regularly to assess moisture content and quality, making necessary adjustments to maintain specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on heating equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Document production processes, including temperatures, drying times, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance product quality.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper handling of materials and equipment to minimize risks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in heating equipment operation preferred.
- Proven experience as a drier tender or similar role in manufacturing, preferably in the soap or chemical processing industry.
- Strong understanding of thermal processing and moisture removal techniques.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial heating equipment effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
