Job Brief
The Slot Key Person is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities within assigned gambling areas, ensuring seamless operations across all gaming stations. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff in designated gambling areas to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Circulate among gaming tables to monitor operations, ensuring all stations and games are adequately covered during each shift.
- Verify and process jackpot payouts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to casino policies.
- Reset slot machines after payoffs and perform necessary repairs or adjustments, escalating issues for further action when needed.
- Plan and organize engaging activities and services for guests, enhancing their overall experience at the casino.
- Provide training and support to staff on operational procedures and customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of machine performance and customer interactions to assist in operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and gaming operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in gaming management preferred.
- Proven experience in casino operations, with a focus on slot machine supervision and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing slot machines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
