Job Brief
As a Skip Tracer, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting critical information about individuals or organizations to assist clients in locating missing persons or assets. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to locate individuals or assets using a variety of online and offline resources.
- Analyze data and compile comprehensive reports for clients detailing findings and recommendations.
- Utilize skip tracing software and databases to track down individuals with accuracy and efficiency.
- Investigate potential unlawful acts or infractions by gathering evidence and reviewing documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to skip tracing and privacy.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure all findings are documented and stored securely, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in skip tracing, investigation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with skip tracing tools and databases, such as TLOxp or Accurint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of legal regulations and ethical considerations in data gathering.
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field is preferred.
