Responsibilities

- Demonstrate techniques in skin care, including cleansing, exfoliation, and hydration methods.
- Assess student performance through practical demonstrations, written exams, and projects.
- Provide guidance on safe and effective use of skin care equipment and tools.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and techniques.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom and lab settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a skin care professional or instructor in a beauty or cosmetology setting.
- Valid state cosmetology license or certification as required.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create lesson plans and evaluate student progress effectively.
- Familiarity with current skin care products and techniques.
- Experience in a teaching role or a passion for education is preferred.
