- Assist in planning and organizing tour routes to maximize visitor engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a tour guide or in a similar customer-facing role within the tourism industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and engagingly.
- Strong knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions.
- Ability to manage groups of varying sizes and backgrounds effectively.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
