Job Brief

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations, following health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including food preparation supplies.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
  • Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from customers.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fry Cook or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic culinary skills, including knife skills and food preparation techniques.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
