Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations, following health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, including food preparation supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery.
- Adapt to changing menu items and special requests from customers.
- Participate in training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fry Cook or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic culinary skills, including knife skills and food preparation techniques.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary certification is a plus.
