- Collaborate with team members to optimize harvesting strategies and improve yield.
- Document daily harvesting activities and maintain accurate records of quantities and species collected.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in marine harvesting or aquaculture preferred.
- Knowledge of marine ecosystems and sustainable harvesting practices.
- Ability to operate and maintain harvesting equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina and capability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with crew members.
- First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to marine harvesting.
