Job Brief
The Sales Clerk Supervisor is responsible for directly overseeing and coordinating the activities of retail sales workers within a department or establishment. Responsibilities

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of sales forecasting and budgeting principles.
