Responsibilities
- Set up and operate rubber molding machines to produce specified products.
- Monitor the molding process to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects and perform necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and maintain molds, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine maintenance.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and implementing repairs as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in rubber technology is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Rubber Molder or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of rubber properties and molding techniques.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining molding machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if required.
