Responsibilities
- Set up and operate winding and twisting machines for textiles, ensuring optimal performance.

- Draw out and combine sliver, maintaining accurate tension and alignment during the winding process.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, identifying and resolving any defects or inconsistencies.
- Document production data and machine performance metrics for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and improve overall efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures to promote a safe working environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in textile machinery preferred.
- Proven experience in operating winding or twisting machines within the textile industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills related to textile equipment.
