Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions, including range of motion and muscle strength evaluations.
- Perform Rolfing sessions, utilizing hands-on techniques to manipulate soft tissues and joints for therapeutic benefits.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client assessments and specific needs.
- Educate clients on the principles of Rolfing and its benefits for overall health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes to track improvements and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Rolfing and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Completion of a recognized Rolfing training program or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience as a Rolfer or in a similar role within the field of therapeutic bodywork.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
- Ability to develop customized therapy plans based on individual client needs.
- Current certification in CPR and first aid.
- Knowledge of complementary therapies and holistic health practices is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in client record-keeping.
