Job Brief

As a Regional Airline Pilot, you will pilot and navigate fixed-wing aircraft on scheduled air carrier routes, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo. This role requires a Federal Air Transport certificate, along with a specific aircraft type rating. Responsibilities

  • Operate and navigate aircraft in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections, ensuring aircraft safety and functionality before departure.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground crew to coordinate flight operations.
  • Adhere to scheduled flight plans while making real-time adjustments as necessary for safety and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate flight logs and reports, documenting flight hours, maintenance issues, and other relevant information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring passenger comfort and safety during flights.
  • Participate in ongoing training and evaluation programs to maintain proficiency and compliance with aviation standards.

Requirements

  • Valid Federal Air Transport Pilot certificate with a type rating for the specific aircraft operated.
  • Minimum of 1,500 total flight hours, including required hours in multi-engine and jet aircraft.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, navigation systems, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with crew and passengers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate issued by an FAA-authorized aviation medical examiner.
