Job Brief
As a Refrigeration Insulator, you will be responsible for applying insulating materials to pipes, ductwork, and other mechanical systems to control and maintain temperature effectively. Responsibilities

- Inspect and assess existing insulation for wear, damage, or inefficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and installation teams to determine insulation requirements.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Document insulation work completed and report any issues or concerns to management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices in insulation techniques.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience in insulation work, particularly with refrigeration and HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, including fiberglass, foam, and reflective barriers.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and guidelines related to insulation installation.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Certification in safety practices or insulation methods is preferred.
