- Provide training and guidance to staff and volunteers on archival procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote archival collections and enhance public engagement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Library Science, Archival Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in archival research, appraisal, and preservation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of archival standards, practices, and relevant legislation.
- Proficiency in digital asset management systems and archival software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with cataloging standards such as DACS, MARC, or EAD.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
