Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies regarding luggage handling.
  • Monitor and report any lost or damaged baggage to the appropriate authorities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in baggage handling or a related customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and operate necessary equipment safely.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in luggage handling.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or hospitality are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
