Job Brief
As a Real Estate Attorney, you will represent clients in various legal matters related to real estate transactions, including criminal and civil litigation. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license to practice law as a Real Estate Attorney.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law or related legal fields.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions, litigation, and property law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
