Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for radio advertising, building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of radio advertising.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop effective advertising strategies and campaign materials.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote radio advertising services and expand professional connections.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or advertising, preferably in the radio or media industry.
- Strong understanding of radio advertising, audience demographics, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
