Job Brief

As a Radio Station Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the station, ensuring efficient management of resources and departments. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and direct the activities of multiple departments, including programming, sales, and marketing.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize profitability and operational success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in radio management or a similar leadership role within the broadcasting industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of radio operations, programming, advertising, and audience analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
